Adwords Tip of The Day: Divide your highly specific keywords into very tightly focused ad groups.
Your best performing keywords will perform even better when they are in their own ad group and have highly targeted ad text along side them. Don’t be surprised if you even see your CPC come down over time.
Google is all about relevance. We are being forced to be more relevant and to button up our campaigns if we want success. It is no secret when it comes to keyword performance with Adwords, that highly focused ad groups that have well written copy will prevail. Ad copy, keywords and landing pages all need to be in sync with each other and focused on being the most relevant.
